The following information was placed on MCD and Ticketmaster websites and issued to all media on 25th June 2007.
Parking:
All vehicle access is off the M4 (M6) at the Celbridge interchange. At top of the ramp take the Hewlett-Packard slip road.
Entrance to car parks is 500m on righthand side. All car parks are on-site within 300m of entrance to concert area.
There is a reserved area for disabled parking immediately beside the main ticket entrance. This is about 200m from disabled viewing area and does involve a short distance over grass. Entry to disabled parking will be permitted with a disabled parking pass on your car.
Please note that there is absolutely no parking in Celbridge village and a tow-away policy will be in operation.
There will be a drop off zone outside the car park entrance on Hewlett-Packard side - please note this may involve a 500m walk.
Public transport:
Please note there is a 67a bus from Pearse Street which goes to Celbridge and is operated by Dublin Bus. Please contact Dublin Bus for timetable information. At this point there are no plans for them to operate special buses for the event although this may change due to demand.
Please note:
This concert is an outdoor event and you should dress appropriately for the weather. Please note ladies who wish to wear high heels, we would ask you to bear in mind that all approaches to the concert arena will be over grass so we would recommend suitable footwear.
